Let's make some Thanksgiving Stuffing/Dressing
This is a very easy keto stuffing recipe that you can adjust based on your taste preferences. Start with a Yez! Keto Bread Loaf, cut it into small cubes and roast for about 45 min in the oven at 250F or until crunchy and golden. Next - move the bread into a small bowl and add some chicken bone broth. Leave the bread in the bowl for a few minutes – long enough to absorb broth but not turn into a paste. While the bread is soaking, cut up a mix of veggies and herbs, such as celery, onion, fresh rosemary, sage, thyme; add salt and pepper. The choice is yours – the possibilities are endless!
Cut some bacon, sausage, or ham into small pieces and cook until golden. Drain off the extra oil, add the veggies and herbs and cook for another 2-3 minutes. Finally, add the bread to the frying pan and keep tossing until the bread is crispy on the outside yet still soft inside.
(You can alter this final step if you prefer your stuffing on the moist side: After adding the bread, remove it from the stove and bake it in the oven for a few minutes.)
